Clan Alya was created by the uniting Elves of Middle Earth. Clan Alya is striving to unite all Elves together under one Clan. Their goal is to create a massive player ran city and interact as one species, in one city; Alya'Starn.
The plans of Alya'Starn has continued for a long time now, and is becoming a work in progress as we develop our plans for our City. We each have different goals and reasons for uniting, but we have one thing in common; Uniting all Elves under one Clan.
The Clan constantly changes and overgoes improvements, and only the future holds what is in store for us.
